Team strategy retreat at Hunter Valley
We spent three inspiring days at the Voco Hotel in the Hunter Valley reconnecting as a team and recharging our energy for the year ahead. The start of 2022 provided the perfect opportunity to come together, reflect on our journey, and align on our goals and priorities as we continue to grow Bramelle Partners.
Working with Yellow Coaching
Yellow Coaching, led by Julianne and Andrew, partnered with us to deliver a series of practical and engaging sessions. Through structured activities and open discussions, we explored how we feel about the business, what we want to achieve in 2022, and how we can work more effectively together. The focus was on collaboration, accountability, and bringing our best selves to work so we can continue delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Strengthening our vision and culture
A significant part of the retreat was dedicated to reviewing and refining our Vision, Mission, Purpose, and Company Culture. These conversations allowed us to rethink what Bramelle represents as a workplace. It reinforced the idea that Bramelle is more than just an office. It is a second home where each team member feels valued, supported, and recognised as an essential part of the business.
Understanding our DISC profiles
One of the most engaging and insightful activities was the DISC profiling session. The team completed their assessments ahead of the retreat, and Julianne and Andrew guided us through the results. By exploring the Dominant, Influential, Steady, and Compliant personality types, we gained a deeper understanding of how different working styles and behaviours contribute to a balanced and effective team.
This session highlighted how our individual differences are a strength, not a challenge. Understanding these dynamics helps us communicate better, collaborate more effectively, and support one another in a way that strengthens our overall culture.
Looking ahead to 2022
