Brad is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent and has been providing professional accounting advice to businesses and individuals for over 20 years. He has worked at large mid tier accounting firms for the majority of his career and large investment banks whilst living in London. Brad is an authorised representative of Axiis Capital Pty Ltd

His approach to business clients is to form collaborative relationships with his clients. Brad aims to develop a deep understanding of his clients businesses so he can recommend business process which are more automated and reduce risk to the business. Brad’s client portfolio includes tech, startups, blockchain, wholesalers, international businesses, professional services and high net worth family groups.

Brad’s expertise and skills are assisting businesses to expand overseas, international businesses wanting to setup in Australia, international tax, outsourced CFO, structuring, tax advice, superannuation advice, employment taxes, ongoing business, tax and business advice.

Brad is a keen traveller and counts Hawaii and watching live NFL games as being his travel highlights.

Elaine is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience. Her previous work experience includes working as a manager in mid-tier accounting firms and commercial tax roles for ASX listed companies.

Elaine has extensive experience providing accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to clients ranging from large private businesses to high net worth family group. Elaine’s client portfolio consists of businesses across a range of industries including start-ups, professional services, information technology, and property and construction.

Elaine has developed expertise in providing strategic business and outsourcing services for her clients. Her specialties and expertise includes acting as an outsourced CFO with the responsibility of managing the full finance and compliance functions, assisting businesses with setting up advice, ongoing operational advice, payroll services, corporate secretarial services, ongoing accounting, tax, and business advice.

Elaine loves classical music, especially chamber strings. She also enjoys traveling and has visited Beethoven’s Haus in Bonn Germany and Mozart’s birthplace Salzburg Austria.

Nick is a Certified Practising Accountant with a solid 8 years at Bramelle Partners and heads up the superannuation division. When he’s not juggling the ins and outs of over 100 SMSFs, Nick is the go-to expert for everything superannuation, from setting up SMSFs to keeping them in compliant with the latest rules (even when they change faster than crypto market prices).

Before bringing his talents to Bramelle Partners, Nick navigated the commercial world in the education sector. Now, he’s your trusted advisor whether you’re a high-flying investor or a captain of a private business.

With Nick, your SMSF journey is a smooth sail from start to finish. He is committed to being there to guide clients throughout the lifecycle of their SMSF, ensuring continued compliance with the ever-changing superannuation rules and regulations. Beyond superfunds, Nick also provides day to day tailored advice, taxation services and tax planning to private businesses and high net worth clients. In short, Nick makes the world of finance not just manageable, but a breeze.

In his free time, he likes to help clients maximise their tax savings, and provides lots of free accounting advice (only one of that is true). In his real free time outside of the accounting universe though, he enjoys sleeping and if he is not too tired from that, listening to podcasts, indoor rock climbing, and travelling.

Charli plays a pivotal role at Bramelle Partners, delivering end-to-end business operations support and driving processes to enhance client experience and service delivery. With expertise in executive support, she oversees core Human Resources functions, including onboarding, policy implementation, compliance, and employee lifecycle management, ensuring our team is equipped to operate smoothly and in alignment with our business standards.

Solutions-focused, Charli applies a seamless approach to both administrative functions within our management team. She is responsible for streamlining our workflows, implementing processes, and maintaining consistency in fast-paced environments. Her background includes managing a team within a serviced office environment and working for a large HR and payroll organisation, where she supported high-growth clients and complex workforce requirements.

Prior to her corporate career, Charli spent 12 years as a hairdresser, developing strong client service and interpersonal skills. Outside of work, her favourite travel destination is Morocco.

Steven Bliim is a Chartered Accountant and member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand with extensive experience as a hands-on corporate executive across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on technology businesses.

Steven’s expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, investor relations, statutory reporting, tax structuring, remuneration plans, corporate governance, and financial analysis. His deep technology background, combined with his financial acumen, enables him to provide practical, strategic guidance to business owners and directors navigating complex transactions and growth challenges.

Steven provides corporate advisory and outsourced CFO services to clients at Bramelle Partners. In his corporate advisory role, Steven assists businesses with capital raising and mergers and acquisitions, offering strategic, hands-on support through every stage of the transaction process. As an outsourced CFO, Steven takes responsibility for managing finance and compliance functions, providing business owners with the senior financial leadership they need without the cost of a full-time executive.

Candy is a Chartered Accountant who brings a wealth of experience from the global financial services industry. Formerly a senior manager at prominent mid-tier banks in Sydney and major international banks in London, she specialises in regulatory compliance and reporting.

This background in complex banking environments allows Candy to approach tax advisory with a commercial mindset and a sharp eye for detail.

Candy is a passionate traveller who has achieved the rare milestone of conquering all seven continents.

Ana Joy has over seven years of experience as an accountant. Right after graduating, she began her career as a bookkeeper and payroll officer in a marketing company, where she continued to grow and eventually became an accounting manager in the freight forwarding, production and farming industries in the Philippines. In that role, she gained valuable experience in preparing financial reports and handling various managerial tasks.

After taking a break from her career, she returned to the workforce and challenged herself by exploring a different side of accounting—working as an Australian accountant. She has now gained over two years of experience in this field. She is detail-oriented, dedicated and works consistently to provide accurate reports, including payroll, activity statements, and tax returns.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and watching anime, as well as sports and cooking shows with her son. She also enjoys taking him biking and walking.

Lenerie is an experienced accounting and bookkeeping professional with over 10 years of expertise in local bookkeeping, financial report preparation, and analysis, gained from working in banking and manufacturing companies. She also has more than 2 years of experience in Australian taxation, primarily handling company BAS and Tax Returns. Hardworking, organized, and self-sufficient, Lenerie consistently delivers accurate work on time. Her attention to detail and professionalism ensure reliable financial support for her clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying at home, doing household errands, spending time with her family, watching Netflix and Korean novelas, and planting what we call “plantitas.”

Dona has 7 years of dedicated experience in the accounting industry, passionately providing valuable assistance to clients in managing their business finances, ensuring accurate transaction records, and facilitating tax returns. Has a more than 2 years of experience in Australian Taxation specifically in preparing IAS, BAS, CTR, ITR, FR and more.

Outside of work, she loves outdoor activities like walking, jogging, traveling, and discovering new places. She enjoys spending time in nature, capturing wonderful moments, and prioritizing quality time with her family, especially her newborn son. Dona is also a pet lover.

Katrina is a dedicated professional with two years of experience as an Australian tax accountant. Before diving into the world of tax accounting, she honed her skills as an administration assistant for one year and spent three years in the sales industry, bringing strong organizational talents to her current role.

Outside of work, Katrina is an avid anime fan, especially passionate about One Piece. She also enjoys spending quality time playing with her three cats and staying active through regular workouts while listening to Taylor Swifts songs.

Kristel is a Certified Public Accountant from the Philippines with over five years of experience in accounting and compliance. She has worked with both private companies and accounting firms serving clients in the Philippines, the USA, and Australia. Kristel began her career supporting audit teams and handling tax work for companies and individuals in the Philippines. She also gained experience managing sales tax for clients in the USA. Today, she applies her sharp attention to detail and efficiency to assist Australian clients, preparing BAS, ITR, CTR, and more.

Outside of work, Kristel loves traveling, going on long drives, playing with her cat and dog, and listening to music.

Trisha is a Certified Public Accountant from the Philippines, holding a Master of Business Administration degree, with nearly 7 years of specialized experience in the Australian Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) sector. She is dedicated to managing the administrative and accounting needs of SMSFs, ensuring they maintain compliance with the Australian Taxation Office’s regulations. Outside of her professional life, Trisha is passionate about exploring the world, maintaining an active lifestyle, and participating in marathons.

She shares her home with two adorable dogs. Additionally, Trisha has a deep fascination with the cosmos and astronomy, which fuels her curiosity and sense of wonder.

Anniecel is an experienced Practice Manager with over 10 years of professional experience across accounting, real estate, and corporate sectors. She brings strong operational expertise to the team, with a focus on managing office operations, streamlining workflows, and supporting both clients and internal teams.

With a solid background in executive support and accounting, Anniecel plays a key role in overseeing client onboarding, managing ATO communications, and ensuring the timely lodgement of tax and compliance requirements. She is highly organised and detail-oriented, consistently contributing to efficient processes and high-quality outcomes.

Anniecel values professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service while supporting continuous improvement within the organisation.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, hiking, cooking, and watching movies.

Grace is an experienced Administrative Assistant bringing over 12 years of professional experience in customer service and office administration. Throughout her career, she has developed strong organisational and coordination skills, with a consistent focus on maintaining efficient and well-structured daily office operations. She is known for being detail-oriented and dependable, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes.

Grace values professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork, and takes pride in contributing positively to the collaborative environment at Bramelle Partners.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and watching movies, particularly on weekends.

Louis is the youngest member of the Bramelle Partners team.

Louis enjoys attention, affection, and cuddles from everyone. Louis has great attention to detail and likes to supervise morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea to have cuddles and biscuits from the team.
