    Founder & Director

    Brad is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent and has been providing professional accounting advice to businesses and individuals for over 20 years. He has worked at large mid tier accounting firms for the majority of his career and large investment banks whilst living in London. Brad is an authorised representative of Axiis Capital Pty Ltd

    His approach to business clients is to form collaborative relationships with his clients. Brad aims to develop a deep understanding of his clients businesses so he can recommend business process which are more automated and reduce risk to the business. Brad’s client portfolio includes tech, startups, blockchain, wholesalers, international businesses, professional services and high net worth family groups.

    Brad’s expertise and skills are assisting businesses to expand overseas, international businesses wanting to setup in Australia, international tax, outsourced CFO, structuring, tax advice, superannuation advice, employment taxes, ongoing business, tax and business advice.

    Brad is a keen traveller and counts Hawaii and watching live NFL games as being his travel highlights.

    Elaine has extensive experience providing accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to clients ranging from large private businesses to high net worth family group. Elaine’s client portfolio consists of businesses across a range of industries including start-ups, professional services, information technology, and property and construction.

    Elaine has developed expertise in providing strategic business and outsourcing services for her clients. Her specialties and expertise includes acting as an outsourced CFO with the responsibility of managing the full finance and compliance functions, assisting businesses with setting up advice, ongoing operational advice, payroll services, corporate secretarial services, ongoing accounting, tax, and business advice.

    Elaine loves classical music, especially chamber strings. She also enjoys traveling and has visited Beethoven’s Haus in Bonn Germany and Mozart’s birthplace Salzburg Austria.

When he’s not juggling the ins and outs of over 100 SMSFs, Nick is the go-to expert for everything superannuation, from setting up SMSFs to keeping them in compliant with the latest rules (even when they change faster than crypto market prices).

    Before bringing his talents to Bramelle Partners, Nick navigated the commercial world in the education sector. Now, he’s your trusted advisor whether you’re a high-flying investor or a captain of a private business.

    With Nick, your SMSF journey is a smooth sail from start to finish. He is committed to being there to guide clients throughout the lifecycle of their SMSF, ensuring continued compliance with the ever-changing superannuation rules and regulations. Beyond superfunds, Nick also provides day to day tailored advice, taxation services and tax planning to private businesses and high net worth clients. In short, Nick makes the world of finance not just manageable, but a breeze.

    In his free time, he likes to help clients maximise their tax savings, and provides lots of free accounting advice (only one of that is true). In his real free time outside of the accounting universe though, he enjoys sleeping and if he is not too tired from that, listening to podcasts, indoor rock climbing, and travelling.

    Solutions-focused, Charli applies a seamless approach to both administrative functions within our management team. She is responsible for streamlining our workflows, implementing processes, and maintaining consistency in fast-paced environments. Her background includes managing a team within a serviced office environment and working for a large HR and payroll organisation, where she supported high-growth clients and complex workforce requirements.

    Prior to her corporate career, Charli spent 12 years as a hairdresser, developing strong client service and interpersonal skills. Outside of work, her favourite travel destination is Morocco.

In that role, she gained valuable experience in preparing financial reports and handling various managerial tasks.

    After taking a break from her career, she returned to the workforce and challenged herself by exploring a different side of accounting—working as an Australian accountant. She has now gained over two years of experience in this field. She is detail-oriented, dedicated and works consistently to provide accurate reports, including payroll, activity statements, and tax returns.

    Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and watching anime, as well as sports and cooking shows with her son. She also enjoys taking him biking and walking.
