Bradley Seeto

Founder & Director

Brad is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent and has been providing professional accounting advice to businesses and individuals for over 20 years. He has worked at large mid tier accounting firms for the majority of his career and large investment banks whilst living in London. Brad is an authorised representative of Axiis Capital Pty Ltd

His approach to business clients is to form collaborative relationships with his clients. Brad aims to develop a deep understanding of his clients businesses so he can recommend business process which are more automated and reduce risk to the business. Brad’s client portfolio includes tech, startups, blockchain, wholesalers, international businesses, professional services and high net worth family groups.

Brad’s expertise and skills are assisting businesses to expand overseas, international businesses wanting to setup in Australia, international tax, outsourced CFO, structuring, tax advice, superannuation advice, employment taxes, ongoing business, tax and business advice.

Brad is a keen traveller and counts Hawaii and watching live NFL games as being his travel highlights.

Elaine Chim

Director/Associate

Elaine is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience. Her previous work experience includes working as a manager in mid-tier accounting firms and commercial tax roles for ASX listed companies.

Elaine has extensive experience providing accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to clients ranging from large private businesses to high net worth family group. Elaine’s client portfolio consists of businesses across a range of industries including start-ups, professional services, information technology, and property and construction.

Elaine has developed expertise in providing strategic business and outsourcing services for her clients. Her specialties and expertise includes acting as an outsourced CFO with the responsibility of managing the full finance and compliance functions, assisting businesses with setting up advice, ongoing operational advice, payroll services,  corporate secretarial services, ongoing accounting, tax, and business advice.

Elaine loves classical music, especially chamber strings. She also enjoys traveling and has visited Beethoven’s Haus in Bonn Germany and Mozart’s birthplace Salzburg Austria.

Nick Huynh

Head of Super/Senior Client Manager

Nick is a Certified Practising Accountant with 6 years of experience at Bramelle Partners and heads up the superannuation division of Bramelle Partners being responsible for over 100 SMSF’s. Prior to joining Bramelle Partners, Nick has commercial experience working in the education sector.

Nick provides professional services to a wide range of clients from superannuation funds, large private businesses and high net worth family groups. Nick specialises in dealing with clients in the financial services industry, significant investment portfolio and crypto investments.

Nick specialises in advising and assisting clients with establishing, administering and managing their superfund. He is committed to being there to guide clients throughout the lifecycle of their SMSF, ensuring continued compliance with the ever-changing superannuation rules and regulations.  Nick also provides day to day tailored advice, taxation services and tax planning to private businesses and high net worth clients with the aim of making their lives easier.

Nick has watched the entire Friends series more than 5 times.

KATHERINE NGUYEN

Client Manager

Katherine is a Chartered Accountant/Master Professional Accounting with over 10 years experience having worked in boutique and mid tier accounting firms.

Katherine portfolio includes businesses in a number of industries including professional services, construction, information technology, startups, telecommunications and family groups.

Katherine’s approach is to build sustainable and continuous relationships with clients which allows her to understand their needs and deliver timely solutions and highly effective outcomes for her clients. She is responsible for setting up new clients, tax advice, payroll, outsource finance function and ongoing business and tax compliance.

Katherine was once a shoes shop owner. Her wardrobe is dedicated to all to shoes.

David Wang

Client Manager

David is an associate member of Certified Practising Accountant with a Master of Professional Accounting degree from University of Sydney. He joined Bramelle Partners in 2021, previously having worked with another accounting firm for 2 years.

David is responsible for looking after the small -to-medium family businesses and groups within Bramelle Partners which include businesses from hospitality, professional services, wholesale, information technology and high net worth family groups.

David provides tax advice, outsourced CFO, business and tax compliance services to his clients. David has extensive experience in all online accounting software including Xero, Quickbooks and MYOB.

David enjoys swimming and basketball. He is addicted to computer games.

Pauline Stirzaker

Client Manager/Bookkeeper

Pauline has a Bachelor of Science degree and over 10 years bookkeeping experience having worked as the internal bookkeeper for a number of businesses.

Pauline has experience in a variety of industries ranging from trade services, construction, manufacturing to information technology.

Pauline is responsible for the day to day bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable management and monthly reporting. She has experience with all cloud accounting packages including add on products to help streamline business operations. Pauline takes pride in her work and enjoys building healthy client focused relationships.

Pauline is a keen gardener who volunteers her time doing bush regeneration for various organisations, including not for profits.

Charli Rabe

Executive Assistant to Directors/Office Manager

Charli provides the Bramelle Partners Team with extensive business support and helps develop processes to ensure clients get the best customer experience. Highly experienced in executive support and office management she helps drive the Human Resources side of the organisation and ensures the staff have everything they need to operate smoothly.

Organised and quick thinking, she will always ensure the best possible outcome from both service and administration aspects of our work. Charli is well acquainted with fast paced and on demand corporations having both managed a small team within a serviced office plus working for a large HR & Payroll company in past roles, catering to quick growth clients.

Charli was a hairdresser for 12 years and her favourite country travelled to is Morocco.

Yuliana De La Cruz

Administration & Marketing Coordinator

Yuliana has a Bachelor of Mass Communication degree and she has more than 5 years of administration experience in Australia and Venezuela.

Yuliana has experience in variety of industries such as the entertainment industry and online retail as well. She is responsible for the day to day admin office tasks and supports the office manager. She has experience in social media and digital marketing and looks after Bramelle Partners social medial presence.

Yuliana doesn’t eat duck skin, pizza base and also put cheese in her fruit hot cross buns.

LOUIS

Chief Social Officer

Louis is the youngest member of the Bramelle Partners team.

Louis enjoys attention, affection, and cuddles from everyone. Louis has great attention to detail and likes to supervise morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea to have cuddles and biscuits from the team.
